My solo lunch with NPH (pictured). Seriously, the article about Neil Patrick Harris, for those of you who may not know what NPH stands for, in New York magazine this week is a good read. I heart NPH!
I had more Ratatouille from yesterday, which was delish. A small piece of olive bread, and Pamela's tasty salad. The ranch and the cheese crackers rocked my world.
I know everyone is dying to find out more about this infamous Rat-tatouille.
Step one, heat olive oil. Step 2 cut up everything and let it sit in the pan until you call it done.
Eggplant, zucchini, tomato, bell pepper, garlic and onion all from the farmers market. Maybe $8, and it is working out to be 4 servings.
I'll probably end up doing lunch alone again tomorrow :(
And I'll also have more Ratatouille. I live a crazy life.
