First, a few pictures from the last tour of Germany and Rome as we get ready to go to Greece next
week.

And now to a more recent time in the past...
Something happened this week when I made lunch.
Pamela started out the week brilliantly with her cheese pie and then pasta with tomato sauce complimented with polenta by Andy.
We've really become quite the conversation in the lunch room. This lunch room has several names by which it goes. But it is always the same room with 3 grey couches around a coffee table. It has a long grey table that seats 6 to 8, and a chrome counter with a microwave, sink, coffee pot and first aid kit. There are also two vending machines, one which offers beverages like powerade and coke, and another which has chips, nuts, and candy bars. This room has been called most often the Dancer's Lounge, and they truly use it as such. But in order to acknowledge its other uses, I've also heard it called The Lounge, The Green Room (which I tend to use, while it is certainly Grey in color, it is Green in spirit). Sometimes I even call it The Lunch Room.
But I digress, what I am trying to tell you about is how popular our exploits have become in the office. We go about our business of eating and gossiping (which totally happens!), and some days we see one or 2 dancers, but some days there can be as many as 6 hanging out as we lunch. As Pamela and I, and often Mavi and occasionally Andy eat, the tired, the sweaty, the huddled dancers yearning to eat free, comment on how neat it is that we make lunch for each other, and how good it looks. And how we must totally save money. They are right on all accounts.
But back to the lunch I made, and how it all happened.
Thursday Andy was in Long Island, where P and I would meet him Friday for a performance. And Pamela had an engagement Wednesday night, so I stepped up to the plate. I had made potatoes and boiled eggs the night before. All I had to do was put it in some Tupperware to bring to work.

Roasted potatoes with Rosemary and Shallots
Arugala Salad with Tomato, medium boiled egg, olives with a
Olive oil lemon dressing.
Piece of Seeded Amy's Bread
Me and P on the bus in Germany.
